I had the pleasure of experiencing a sound bath with Tina during a group retreat this fall. I decided to book a personal session and I’m so glad that I did! Her space is so warm and inviting; I felt like I was laying on a throne. The amount of relaxation I felt was unparalleled. I caught myself doing that deep breathing that is very close to a snore 3 times! My body felt completely at ease and that peace is worth so much in today’s go, go, go way of living. I recently had the pleasure of my second Sound Bath with Tina-BellaSoul within Synergy Social Wellness. It was my second Sound Bath with Tina, first privately and second at her studio. Each time Tina created a calm and welcoming environment with candles, pillows, blankets and soft lighting. She explained what to expect and how to set our intention for our experience.
