Tina is the best!!

Tina has a warm, calm, radiant presence and took me on one of the deepest journeys I’ve ever been on in her sound bath! Look forward to more and I highly recommend her. She worked with our group with sensitivity and gave full permission for people to care well for themselves.

It was such a peaceful delight to be in Tina’s care for a sound healing session. I felt at ease from the start, not just from the calm and beautiful physical space, but the warm, relaxed, and deeply caring energetic space Tina holds. I really appreciated how she took the time to connect with me before the session to explain her approach, what to expect both during and after the session, and that she gave me the space to ask questions with no sense whatsoever of rushing. Since leaning into complementary care as part of my wellness journey, I’ve seen a fair amount of healers and energy workers practicing different modalities – body work, acupuncture, massage, reiki, etc. – and I’ve never experienced such a level of care in making sure there was informed consent and shared understanding as I did with Tina. It really put me right at ease and created such a safe space for me to relax into and receive her sound offering. I also really appreciated the handout she offered at the end as an invitation to reflect and integrate; it felt so supportive. Even now, almost a month later, I can still feel into the relaxed space and realign with the feeling of calm and ease that she facilitated.
